Full Description
Unknown to modern man, but lurking just beyond the physical limits of his sight, there exists an etheric, otherworldly version of Earth ruled over by the masked members of the Council of Ten, who meet annually at the time of the carnival in their equivalent of Venice, in their Republic of Venetia. As is the case with any planet that violates persistently the divine law of the Goddess, the Council members, being her feminine representatives, are finally authorised - together with their army of leather- and rubber-clad devas - to "rend asunder" the veil separating the two worlds and to "subdue the dying planet by means of the serpentine whip, the stiletto heel...", punishing whatever remains of the patriarchal order in our physical world. We have entered such times when these black devas, recognizable at last by the surface sheen, the extreme shine of their polished wardrobe, [or in contrast identified by the dress of the corsetted courtesan concealing the gleam of their stiletto-heeled boots], materialize beneath the light of a full moon, now poised for world domination and the imposition of the new world order of their organisation, Heel!.
Those surviving men, the workers or drones, will be by some alchemical process - revealed only partially to the publishers of this book - converted, internally as well as externally, into rubber-men equipped by their nature and the polishing-cloth for the life of the eternal servant that awaits them after the merging of the two worlds.
