This volume is dedicated to the feminine principle within our culture and within the soul of each human being. Its aim is to open ways for reconnecting with the divine feminine in all its facets of existence, whether it is personal life, cultural history, the animal kingdom or the sacred dimension of landscape. The author shows a palette of human relationships to Mother Earth, the Threefold Goddess and the Black Virgin and the persistent reappearance of these archetypes within human history from the stone age up to modern day. The text is complimented with 50 drawings by the author, some of which illustrate the text. Others show different figures of goddesses from different cultural epochs and images of different animals that play a role in the book.
