Full Description
Introduction to Health and Safety at Work is based on the QCA (Qualification and Curriculum Authority) accredited NEBOSH General Certificate, as revised in 2002. It has been developed specifically for students who are studying for the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health. The book is also intended as a useful reference guide for managers and directors with health and safety responsibilities, and for safety represenatives. It covers the essential elements of health and safety management, risk control, and standards. Examination questions at the end of each chapter are taken from recent NEBOSH National General Certificate papers. The answers to these questions are to be found within the preceding chapter of the book. This full colour text is highly illustrated throughout, and has been designed for easy assimilation of the information provided.
