Aptitude tests are designed by psychologists and are intended to measure an individual's natural abilities and to highlight their true potential. This CD-ROM is designed to give individuals the opportunity to test their own aptitude. By working through the tests and questionnaires, the user should discover: what really makes them tick; their strengths and weaknesses; how to make better career and personal decisions; what type of job best suits their personality; and how they are likely to perform in selection tests.
