Full Description
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is an action/adventure game from the makers of the highly acclaimed Tom Clancy's "Splinter Cell". Taking place in the sands of ancient Persia, players will embark on a quest to uncover the details of an epic legend. In the story, a young prince discovers a magic dagger, with dark powers. The prince is led to unleash a deadly evil upon the reaches of his father's vast kingdom. Aided by a princess and the absolute powers of the Sands of Time, gamers will reclaim the Palace's cursed chambers and restore peace. The game features gravity-defying acrobatics, ferocious fighting combos, and the ability to bend time. The awe-inspiring gameplay allows players to freeze the present in real-time for unlimited gameplay variations. In addition, Jordan Mechner, the creator of the original "Prince of Persia", and acknowledged "godfather" of the action/adventure genre, consults on all facets of game design.
